Shipping
Do you ship within the US?
Yes! We ship physical books and merchandise within the United States. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. The timeframe varies depending on item, so check each listing carefully.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders for merchandise are fulfilled through Printify and shipped directly to you. Orders for signed books are fulfilled through the author. Please note that international shipping times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Why might I receive separate shipments?
If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations (for example, books and merchandise), they may ship separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Preorders
How do preorders work?
When you place a preorder, your payment is collected at the time of purchase. Your book will ship or be available as soon as it becomes available. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped or one from Bookfunnel when it is ready for download.
How long does it take for a preorder to arrive?
Preorder timelines vary by title. They do not have dates on them as they are available prior to Amazon release, and will come down once they are available there. If it does not have an Amazon preorder yet, then the date is not firm yet. You can use information in my FB group, newsletter, or Ream platform for updates, especially on the first of each month.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Digital preorders are non-refundable.
Returns & Damaged Books
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on books or merchandise unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and have pictures of opening the box to provide. We make every effort to ensure things come in good condition and insurance is added for the carrier to every order coming from the author.
What are "Damaged" copies?
We sell specially discounted "Damaged" copies of books that may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as bent corners, small scuffs, or slight cover damage. These are still fully readable and are a great way to get your favorite titles at a lower price. Damaged copies are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
My book arrived damaged — what do I do?
If your order arrived damaged during shipping (not a purchased "Damaged" copy), please contact us through our Contact page with photos of unboxing and of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to figure it out.
REAM Rewards Program
What is the REAM rewards program?
REAM is a paid serial platform and reader community. The REAM rewards program is where members can earn exclusive benefits and receive special discount codes for the store. They are also able to read books as they are being written and receive ARCs.

How do I use my REAM discount code?
Enter your REAM discount code in the discount field at checkout. Codes are case-sensitive, so make sure to enter them exactly as provided. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Digital vs. Physical Products
How are digital products delivered?
Digital products (such as eBooks or bonus content) are delivered via a download link sent to your email after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. They are sent via Bookfunnel and can be downloaded from the app to your device of choice.
How are physical products delivered?
Physical books and merchandise are shipped to the address provided at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. PLEASE ensure your address information is correct as incorrect information can lead to extra shipping costs.

Book Formats
What formats are available?
Our books are available in the following formats:
- Paperback – Standard softcover editions
- Hardcover / Hardback – Durable hardbound editions, often with special cover art
- Digital / eBook – Available for select titles
- Special Editions- Usually in hardcover, and only available in limited quantities or boxes during specific sales.
Available formats vary by title. Check each product page for the formats offered.
